At 782 Athletics our schedule for the summer is
Monday - 6/9/12/430/530 (630 sport specific training)
Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday - 6/9/12/430/530 (630 sport specific training)
Thursday - Closed
Friday - 6/9/12/430 (530 sport sport specific training)
Saturday - 10am
Sunday - Closed
I think there may have been in a mistake in the last post about a Tuesday at 530 class.
If you have any questions let us know and you can always attend classes at CrossFit 782 on any days you can not make it to 782 Athletics or want to train on different days.
