First big day of 2020!

Hope you are all enjoying the start to your new year.

This weekend we have a free trial class at 782 Athletics and CrossFit 782 at 12pm on Saturday. If you know anyone interested send them through!

Also we are having a Blizzard Beatdown Camp this Saturday and Sunday for anyone competing or interested in competing in the Blizzard Beatdown on January 25/26.
