As well if you have anyone interested in getting started off at 782 this summer tell them to reach out to as soon as possible so we can get them in the mix. We will be offering a class for newbies at 782 Athletics at 9am on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. We will also be doing a fundamentals course here at CrossFit 782.

Work at a higher progression to challenge yourself and choose fewer reps.
