Skill Practice
9 minutes spent on Handstand Walking or Handstand Holds
In between sets of Handstand Walking set up gear for the workout
After a solid warm up grab a team of 3 and practice your handstand holds against the wall or freestanding and then get out there walking or working on your wall walks.
