Hello all!

Reminder that tomorrow we have classes as usual at 8/10/11 and then CrossFit 101 at 9am.

We will also be running judged heats in the afternoon from 1pm to 3pm.

We have worked on our DB Snatch and now we get to work on our Olympic Lifting with a barbell.
