Here we go again for another fun weekend.
Class at 8/9/10/11 (CrossFit 101) and then Special Olympics at 12 and comp class at 1.
782 Athletics we have class at 10 and 12 and kids at 9am.

Squat to MB
We will practice these two and then use them in the relay race and workout!
Musical Med Balls
Move around the med balls until the music stops and then sit on a med ball.
Wall Walk - 5 Squats on different medballs - Rope Swing - Run to end and back - Tag next person
Hop 20’ on two feet
10 squat to medball
10 Ball Slams
