12 Jumping Lunges
9 Pushups
Rest 5 minutes
15 minute Partner AMRAP - alternate rounds with your partner
15 Goblet Squats
12 V-Snaps
9 Burpees
Get in and just get after it. Not too much thinking on this one so just grab a good friend and get to work.
